An international senior executive with an outstanding track record in operational leadership, risk, governance and stakeholder management in FTSE100 and private companies. Andrew retired as CEO Barclays Asia Pacific in 2017 after a career spanning 25 years in corporate and investment banking.

In 2014, he founded Cleantech Solar the leading Commercial & Industrial roof top solar energy business in Asia. In 2019 Shell acquired 49% of the company. He now sits on the Board of Cleantech Energy Corp as a non-Executive Director.

Andrew lives on a sustainable mixed farm with his wife in South West England where he is developing Cannabis cultivation, processing and manufacturing technology.
