Richard is a chartered accountant and between January 2020 and September 2023, was Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Green Technologies Inc. Prior to that, between 2015 and 2019, he was Chief Financial Officer of Global Marine Systems Limited (“Global Marine”), and has also worked for Conoco Inc., Dupont Inc., ING Barings, PepsiCo Inc., Aramark Inc, Halcrow Group Limited and CH2M Hill. 

Richard has extensive experience of financial reporting, corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance and restructuring, strategy development and implementation, and change-management projects.

Originally graduating in Chemical Engineering from Manchester University (UMIST) Richard and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. In his spare time he enjoys music, cycling and walking.
